Our Healthcare On the MovE (H.O.M.E)
Our Fully Subsidized programe provides free home-based healthcare services to the needy sick residents residing in HDB flats.
Eligible Criteria.
- Singapore Citizen or PR
- Per capita income of $700 or less
- No age limit
Our HOMEplus programme also provides co-funding for medical equipment based on the Co-Funding Structure. Case-to-case evaluation will be discussed.
